Katie Cooley, PhD, NBC-HWC, ACC

Katie is an integrative health educator specializing in embodiment practices that support health and healing. She holds a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine, a field that explores the physical, emotional, and cognitive aspects of health to promote holistic well-being. Her doctoral research focused on eating disorders, explicating the role of embodiment in recovery and the physiological effects of self-othering. A framework for improving one's mind-body relationship emerged from her study.

Her work empowers students to reconnect with their interior world, and experience the self anew. Through workshops, coaching, and yoga, Katie inspires meaningful change by bridging cognitive and somatic approaches in health and healing.

Mission: To address the mind-body connection at its core through education, coaching, and embodied practices. By integrating research-driven insights, movement science, and self-reflection, I aim to support individuals, groups, and communities in developing their capacity, immunity, vitality, and sense of self.
